Job Title: Ticketing and Reservations Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- Assist customers plan all aspects of their corporate/leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost.
Job Description
- Excellent Client Relationship Management Skills
- Handle customer flight requests and make reservations promptly
- Handle Local and International Hotel requests
- Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
- Corporate Account Management
- Check daily queues and manifests
- Ticket reservation, issuance, reissue on Amadeus or Sabre
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 4 years and above experience in a reputable IATA certified travel management company.
