We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Motorcycle Service Technician

Location: Maza Maza, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Motorcycle Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles for optimal performance. The ideal candidate should have solid technical skills and experience working with different motorcycle models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, tire replacement, tuning, etc.).
  • Repair or replace faulty components such as engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical parts.
  • Conduct safety checks and pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and repair records.
  • Keep the workshop neat, organized, and safety compliant.
  • Test-run motorcycles after repairs to confirm functionality.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE/Technical Certificate; vocational training in motorcycle repair is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a motorcycle technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a busy workshop.
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking.

Preferred:

  • Experience with brands like Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Yamaha, Jincheng, Suzuki, etc.
