Job Title: Loan Management Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Loan Management Officer will oversee the loan cycle from disbursement to full recovery, ensuring portfolio health and minimal default rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track loan performance and ensure timely repayment.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records and generate daily/weekly reports.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery actions.
  • Reconcile loan accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with credit officers and internal audit.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in any numerate discipline.
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in microfinance loan management.
  • Good understanding of loan systems and reconciliation.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Strong record-keeping skills.
