Job Title: Logistics Account Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Brief Description
- In-charge of receiving all jobs orders with trip allowance request and checking to confirm request comply with criteria of job.
Duties
- Receive Jobs Orders with Trip Allowance Request (Diesel and Road Expenses)
- Checks and Confirm Request comply with criteria of the Job
- Checks if All approvals are done
- Check if the Account Stated for posting is correct with Asset
- Send to the Account Department for payment
- Receive Signed Copies of Delivery Note and waybills
- Send to the Account Department for Retirement
- Send to the Logistics Invoicing unit for posting.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc Degree or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
