Job Description
- The Team Lead, Quantity Surveying & Cost Assurance is responsible for leading cost estimation, budgeting and cost control efforts across all design, renovation, and construction projects.
- This role ensures financial integrity and value-for-money throughout the project lifecycle by developing cost benchmarks, verifying contractor claims, managing Bills of Quantities, and overseeing procurement assessments.
Requirements
- Education: First Degree in Quantity Surveying (HND / B.Sc / B.Tech) and Professional Certification from Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Registered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent international certification approved by Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
- Experience: 10 years relevant experience.
