We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Architect

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interiorprojects.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution.
• Understand clientneeds, preferences, and budget requirements.
• Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
• Collaborate withproject managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Ensure all design work aligns with Five28’s creative vision and brand standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
• Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance Five28’s design approach and offerings.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
