Job Description
- Strivo Labs is recruiting a Collections & Recovery Manager for a client to lead loan collections and recovery operations.
- This role focuses on enhancing portfolio performance, reducing delinquency, and ensuring compliant and ethical recovery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute collections and recovery strategies across early, mid, and late delinquency stages.
- Lead and manage collections teams and third-party recovery partners to meet performance targets.
- Monitor key portfolio metrics (PAR, roll rates, cure and recovery rates) and provide regular reports.
- Improve collections workflows, escalation processes, and recovery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee repayment negotiations, restructures, and escalated customer cases.
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience in collections, recovery, or credit operations.
- Proven experience managing collections or recovery teams.
- Strong understanding of loan products, delinquency management, and recovery strategies.
- Experience with legal recovery processes and external agents.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
