We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Travel Advisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite
Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor with strong knowledge of ticketing, visa advisory, tours, and customer service to join our fast-growing travel brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings, reissues, refunds & itinerary planning
- Provide visa advisory & travel documentation guidance
- Design tour packages and manage client travel needs
- Use GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and post-travel follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in a registered travel agency
- Strong GDS knowledge (mandatory)
- Excellent communication & sales skills
- Abuja resident only
- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
- A good team player.
