Job Summary
- We are seeking a presentable, well-spoken, and customer-focused Customer Service Representativeto join our pastry shop.
- The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experience while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers politely and create a friendly first impression
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear information about pastries, desserts, and menu items
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the service area
- Process payments and handle cash or POS systems
- Support daily shop operations as required
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, confident, and courteous personality
- Available to start immediately.
