The clinic also offers general healthcare services, ensuring the promotion of preventive and curative health management. In addition, Reverse Aesthetics Limited undertakes hair transplant and restoration procedures, as well as dental cosmetic and general dental treatments, utilizing modern technology and professional expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced female Chef who is passionate about cooking and has proven expertise in preparing both locally made Nigerian dishes and international cuisines.
- The ideal candidate must be creative, hygienic, organized, and able to consistently deliver high-quality meals while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
- Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Nigerian dishes, including but not limited to:
- Soups (Egusi, Ogbono, Efo Riro, Afang, Banga, Oha, etc.)
- Swallows (Pounded Yam, Amala, Fufu, Semovita, etc.)
- Rice dishes (Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Coconut Rice, Ofada Rice)
- Local stews and sauces
- Prepare and cook international dishes, including but not limited to:
- Continental and intercontinental meals
- Pasta dishes, grilled meals, salads, soups, and desserts
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard consistently.
Menu Planning & Innovation:
- Assist in menu planning, development, and improvement.
- Introduce new recipes and improve existing dishes when required.
- Ensure variety and balance in meals served.
Kitchen Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Properly store food items to prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Monitor portion control to reduce waste and manage costs.
- Assist in running kitchen errands.
Inventory & Cost Control:
- Assist with kitchen inventory management, including stock checking and reporting shortages.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.
- Report kitchen equipment faults or maintenance needs promptly.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and proper kitchen attire at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Must be a woman.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (home, restaurant, hotel, or private setting).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian local dishes and international cuisines.
- Ability to cook meals independently without supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or private residence.
- Creativity and passion for cooking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Neat, disciplined, and well-organized.

Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
