What You’ll Do
- Craft and execute winning business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Use market insights and competitive analysis to spot new opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Monitor business performance and deliver data-driven insights that shape key decisions.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to steer strategic planning and business development.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business development.
- A sharp analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
- Passion for real estate and an understanding of the Nigerian market.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly plus Attractive Commissions.
