We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Doctor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • The Junior Doctor will provide telemedicine consultations, assist in symptom assessment, and support the delivery of quality healthcare through Hexia Health’s digital platform.
  • This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to technology-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Consultation:

  • Conduct virtual consultations and provide accurate medical advice.
  • Review patient symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Issue e-prescriptions in compliance with medical standards.

Clinical Support:

  • Assist in developing health content for patient education.
  • Collaborate with senior doctors on complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Digital Health Engagement:

  • Utilize Hexia’s telemedicine platform effectively.
  • Support initiatives to improve patient experience through technology.

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Adhere to medical ethics and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 10 years experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and empathy for virtual consultations.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine tools and digital health platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
