Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Clinic is a multidisciplinary cardiovascular and cardiac rehabilitation 24/7 facility focused on the treatment and management of cardiovascular diseases and trigger diseases using both invasive and non-invasive procedures, as well as preventive cardiology.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Cardiologist to provide specialized cardiovascular care, support accurate diagnosis, and deliver evidence-based treatment for patients with heart and vascular conditions.
• The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and world-class patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular and related conditions.
• Conduct and interpret cardiovascular diagnostic tests including ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans for cardiac patients.
• Perform or support interventional and non-interventional cardiac procedures as applicable.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations.
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in emergency cardiac care, including on-call and acute response services.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in line with hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education.
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Cardiology
• Full registration and valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ post-fellowship experience (preferred).
• Proven expertise in cardiovascular diagnostics and patient management.
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
