Job Summary
- The Van Sales Representative is responsible for selling and distributing Yomibee Bakery products directly to retailers and customers using a company sales van.
- The role involves route management, order taking, cash collection, customer relationship management, and ensuring product availability and freshness in the market.
Responsibilities
- Sell and distribute Yomibee Bakery products using a company sales van
- Cover assigned routes and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Take orders, manage stock, and ensure product freshness
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Identify new sales outlets and grow market coverage
- Keep the sales van clean and report maintenance issues
- Submit daily sales and stock reports
Requirements
- Sales or distribution experience (bakery/FMCG preferred)
- Good communication and basic record-keeping skills
- Ability to meet daily sales targets
- Knowledge of local routes
- Must be residing in Eneka/Igwurutu/Tank/Igwurutali Port Harcourt
- Valid driver’s license.
