We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Teachers’ Aide (Nursery & Primary School)

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are currently receiving applications from dedicated, caring, and qualified individuals to work as Teachers’ Aides in our Nursery and Primary School sections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in classroom instruction and daily activities.
  • Support pupils with learning, play, and personal development activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
  • Assist in preparing teaching and learning materials.
  • Support safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE (education-related qualification is an added advantage).
  • Previous experience working with young children will be an advantage.
  • Ability to support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing pupils.
  • Must be patient, caring, and passionate about working with children.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy will be an added advantage.
  • Must be resident in Aba, Abia State.
