Job Title: Facility Personnel
Location: Ijora, Lagos

Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Facility Personnel to oversee the daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of its warehouses and cold room facilities.
- The role focuses on equipment monitoring, coordinating basic maintenance, and enforcing safety standards to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily condition of cold rooms, compressors, generators, and warehouse facilities.
- Identify and report equipment faults, safety risks, and facility issues promptly.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs with technicians.
- Conduct regular facility and safety inspections.
- Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and safety signage are in place.
- Maintain simple maintenance, inspection, and incident logs.
- Supervise technicians and service providers during on-site work.
- Support cleanliness, orderliness, and general facility upkeep.
Requirements
- OND / HND in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in facility management, warehouse operations, or similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of cold room systems, generators, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues.
- Proximity to Ijora and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
