Job Title: Technical Facility Manager
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of all technical assets (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Develop and implement site-specific maintenance plans and schedules.
- Ensure all equipment and utilities operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Monitor asset performance and initiate improvement initiatives where necessary.
Technical Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead and supervise technicians, maintenance staff, and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues on site.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and maintain high service quality.
- Participate in client meetings and present technical updates where necessary.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 – 6 years experience.
