Job Description
- We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall condition of a residential apartment facility.
- The role involves ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained while coordinating service providers and internal staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Coordinate and monitor technicians, vendors, and service providers.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report faults promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with basic facility standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND qualification or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility or property supervision (experience in residential apartments is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
