Summary
- We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, well-maintained, and presented according to hotel standards.
- This position is crucial for providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Assist in laundry services when necessary.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.
