Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including buildings, utilities, and grounds
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems
- Supervise cleaners, security staff, and maintenance contractors
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and report faults or hazards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in facility or property management
- Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Strong understanding of health & safety standards
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
