Job Title: Facility Manager (Luxury Hotel)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel in Port Harcourt seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee and maintain the hotel’s infrastructure to best in class standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) run efficiently.
  • Supervise technical teams and external contractors.
  • Implement preventive maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Ensure facility compliance with hospitality and engineering standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Registered Civil Engineer with COREN or Certification from the International Institute of Facility Management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience managing facilities in a hotel.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and technical problem-solving skills.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
