We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance (CCTV), controlling access points, responding to emergencies, enforcing rules, and writing detailed incident reports to deter crime and ensure safety for employees and visitors in various environments like offices, hospitals, or events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Emergency Response: Act quickly to emergencies, accidents, or threats, contacting emergency services as needed.
  • Incident Reporting: Document all activities, observations, breaches, and incidents accurately.
  • Enforcement: Uphold company security policies, procedures, and local laws.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to employees and visitors.
  • Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols (foot/vehicle) and monitor alarms and CCTV systems.
  • Access Control: Manage visitor/employee entry/exit, verify credentials, and secure doors/windows.

Common Duties:

  • Guarding entry points and operating security equipment.
  • Conducting security checks and inspections.
  • Managing crowds during busy periods.
  • Protecting company assets from theft, vandalism, or fire.

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 per month.
