We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing & coordinating security operations
• Managing daily patrol activities
• Leading trainings for security personnel
• Emergency response
• Developing security protocols and conducting risk assessments
• Team leadership
• Evaluating employee performance by tracking KPIs etc

Requirements

• Minimum First Degree holder
• Minimum of 5 years Security Management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Technical proficiency.
