Job Title: Security Personnel
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary
- The Security Personnel is responsible for protecting company property, staff, visitors, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, preventing unauthorized activities, and responding promptly to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles in line with company policies
- Conduct routine security checks on buildings, gates, and equipment
- Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Enforce company safety and security rules at all times
- Assist during emergencies such as fire outbreaks or medical incidents
- Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a security guard or similar role is an advantage
- Good observation and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
- Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety protocols
- Integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
