Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Chef to work directly with the Director of a fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional culinary expertise, refined presentation skills, discretion, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality meals aligned with fine dining standards.
  • This is a live-in position requiring professionalism, flexibility, and a deep understanding of gourmet food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily meals to fine dining standards, tailored to the Director’s preferences.
  • Plan menus and ensure variety, balance, and nutritional value.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Source ingredients and manage food supplies efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  • Handle special dietary requests or preferences as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment.
  • Strong knowledge of gourmet cuisine and refined plating techniques.
  • Ability to plan and execute menus independently.
  • Excellent hygiene and kitchen management standards.
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in a live-in arrangement.
  • Gender: Male or Female

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
