Location: Agidingbi, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, staff performance, and profitability.
  • The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and control operational costs
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing activities to drive customer traffic
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field with 3–4 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Professional certifications in hospitality management are an advantage

Required Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food service management
  • Financial management and cost control skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
