Description

  • Our client is looking to hire an experienced and competent General Manager to lead its operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the organisation.
  • Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee production, sales, finance, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Build and manage high-performing management teams.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and multiple departments.
