Laim Hotel Limited sports ninety-seven rooms spread over seven strategically designed floors thus providing tastefully furnished and beautifully designed home away from home rooms.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mixologist / Bartender
Location: Osogbo, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Create innovative drink menus that align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages served.
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering drink recommendations and pairings.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage and spillage.
- Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with hotel events, private functions, weddings, and VIP services.
- Collaborate with bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records of bar usage and report shortages or issues to management.
- Stay updated on current cocktail trends, techniques, and mixology innovations.
