Salary: ₦130,000 – ₦270,000 per month

Job Description:

Manage leasing activities including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals.

Ensure timely rent collection and enforcement of lease terms.

Maintain tenant records and handle lease documentation.

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring property condition compliance.

Address tenant inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues promptly.

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams.

Job Requirements:

Experience in property leasing or management.

Knowledge of tenancy laws and lease agreements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
