Experience: Minimum 2 years in estate agency
Education: SSCE minimum; degree preferred
Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦250,000 per month + commission

Job Description:

Source and list properties for sale or rent.

Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with clients.

Prepare and process sales and rental agreements.

Build and maintain client relationships and generate leads.

Advise clients on market conditions and property values.

Attend property auctions and promotional events.

Job Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of Lagos real estate market.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
