Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos State

Experience: Minimum 4 years in facility or property management
Education: Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facility Management, or related
Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦350,000 per month

Job Description:

Manage operations and maintenance of residential and commercial facilities.

Coordinate cleaning, security, landscaping, and repairs.

Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Liaise with tenants and resolve facility-related issues.

Supervise facility staff and contractors.

Prepare facility performance reports.

Job Requirements:

Degree or HND in relevant field.

Experience managing multiple facilities.

Knowledge of facility management best practices.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
