Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Job Description:

Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition or investment.

Conduct due diligence including title verification and valuation.

Negotiate purchase terms and contracts with sellers and agents.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate transactions.

Monitor market trends and provide investment recommendations.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in property acquisition or real estate investment.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Knowledge of property laws and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
