Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦250,000 per month

Job Description:

Supervise maintenance staff and contractors for residential and commercial properties.

Schedule and oversee repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintain maintenance logs and prepare reports.

Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.

Job Requirements:

Experience in property maintenance management.

Good knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
