Job Description:
The Vendor Relations Officer will manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting supplier evaluations, resolving disputes, and negotiating contract terms. The officer will maintain a comprehensive supplier database, monitor vendor compliance with contracts, and collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to supplier management.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 3 years’ experience managing vendor relationships in agriculture or related sectors.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in vendor management software and procurement systems.
