Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will manage procurement activities for Mshel Homes Limited’s real estate projects, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The manager will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, coordinate with project and finance teams, and implement cost-saving strategies. Leadership of the procurement team and continuous process improvement are key responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in procurement management within real estate or construction.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
