Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead community development initiatives focused on improving livelihoods and social cohesion in Delta State. The role includes project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as managing project teams and budgets. The manager will engage with community leaders, government agencies, and donors to ensure project success. Responsibilities also include reporting, risk management, and capacity building of local partners.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.

Proven experience managing community development projects.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.

Ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
