Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing procurement of materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The manager will monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires preparation of reports, budget management, and leading project teams to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.

Minimum 7 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.
