Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee artisan and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include interpreting architectural and design plans accurately, coordinating with artisans and contractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, and correcting deviations promptly. The manager will monitor project progress, manage resources efficiently to avoid delays, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Regular reporting to senior management and fostering good working relationships with stakeholders are critical. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience managing artisan or construction-related projects.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Knowledge of local artisan practices and materials is a plus.

Relevant certification or degree preferred.
