Job Description:
The Corporate Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that support the corporation’s business objectives and enhance its brand reputation. You will oversee media relations, internal communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and crisis communication efforts. Your responsibilities include crafting key messages, managing press releases, coordinating corporate events, and maintaining relationships with media and community stakeholders. You will analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can manage a communications team and collaborate across departments to ensure message consistency and alignment with corporate goals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

At least 5 years’ experience in corporate communications or PR roles.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities.

Proven track record in managing media relations and crisis communications.

Proficiency in digital communication platforms and analytics tools.

Ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
