Job Description:
Lead the development and execution of corporate communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand reputation and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee media relations, internal communications, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and crisis communication plans. Your role includes crafting key messages, managing press releases, coordinating corporate events, and maintaining relationships with media and community stakeholders. Monitoring communication effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on analytics and feedback will be critical. The manager will also mentor communication staff and collaborate with marketing, HR, and executive teams to ensure alignment of messaging.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate communications or PR.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities.

Experience in crisis communication and media management.

Proficiency in digital communication platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
