Job Title: SharePoint & Power Apps Developer (Microsoft Stakeholder Manager)

Location: Ikoyi / Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer who will design and deliver Microsoft-based solutions while managing our relationship with Microsoft and related vendors.
  • This hybrid role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic management of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
SharePoint & Power Platform Development:

  • Design, develop, and customise SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and branding.
  • Develop custom canvas and model-driven Power Apps to meet business needs.
  • Expertise in SQL Stored Procedures and Queries.
  • Create and maintain business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimise dashboards/reports using Power BI.

Integration:

  • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dataverse, and other data sources.
  • Connect to APIs and external systems using custom connectors.

Microsoft Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary contact with Microsoft account managers, partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor and manage Microsoft licensing, renewals, and compliance.
  • Stay informed on Microsoft 365 product updates and roadmap; recommend adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with Microsoft support.

Governance, Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce governance for SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Ensure data protection and compliance with internal IT and security policies.
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practice guidelines.

User Training & Support:

  • Provide end-user support and training for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft collaboration tools across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 4 – 7 years experience in SharePoint Online development and administration.
  • Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, SQL Queries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-100, PL-400).
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Teams Administrator
  • ITIL Foundation (for governance and process knowledge)
