Job Title: Production Manager (Printing Press)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a production manager in a printing press, who can ensure achievement of set targets for the unit and the organization by working with the team to ensure uninterrupted production through effective maintenance of all machines and utilities.

Responsibilities
Quality:

• Print Quality: Evaluate overall print quality.
• Color Accuracy: Monitor color consistency and accuracy.

Productivity:

• Efficiency: calculate the percentage of productive time versus downtime
• Cycle time: track the time taken to complete a print job

Cost:

• Waste reduction: monitor and reduce waste
• Inventory management: Track inventory levels and minimize excess

Compliance:

• Track and minimize workplace safety incident
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations

Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor and address customer complaints.

Essential Attributes and Experience

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 5 – 10 years experience as a production manager in a printing press.
• Quick to learn and adapt.
• Proper use of Excel and MS word.

Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 / Month.
