We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

Role Overview

  • We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.
  • You will use Figma to design intuitive interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and other creatives in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging user interfaces using Figma, ensuring alignment with brand identity and client goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that guide product development.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into finished designs.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, trends, and tools.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for websites or mobile apps.
  • Good understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
  • Experience working in a digital agency or agile environment.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
