We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef / Cook

Location: Rivers

Job Detail

• As the Chef/Cook you will be responsible for preparing high-quality native meals that meet the restaurant’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Cooking a wide range of Nigerian native dishes following set recipes.
• Developing new menu items in line with customer preferences.
• Ensuring portion control, taste consistency, and appealing presentation.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and observing food safety standards.
• Monitoring food inventory and reporting shortages.
• Training kitchen assistants when necessaryand supporting a positive kitchen culture.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND Qualification.
• 2–3 years of proven cooking experience, especially with native dishes.
• Creativity in food preparation and presentation.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must live around Stadium Road, Port Harcourt, or its immediate environs to be considered.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / Month.
