Job Title: Manager, New Business

Location: Lagos / Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: MD/CE
Cadre: Manager Level

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in these areas, a strong understanding of the ammonia/urea fertilizer value chain, and the ability to leverage AI tools to create compelling proposals, generate business insights, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the ammonia/urea fertilizer industry, from gas producers to processing plants, storage, and transportation.
  • Drive sales growth and market expansion in target sectors.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities in offshore support services, marine logistics, and vessel management.
  • Utilize AI tools for proposal development, data analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and present high-quality proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with major oil and gas companies or their contractors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas industry and the ammonia/urea fertilizer value chain.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within offshore support services, marine logistics, or vessel management.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven tools (e.g., proposal automation software, data analytics platforms).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Salary
N1,400,000 / Month.
