Welcome U Shopping Centre is a reputable shopping center in the heart of the city, Port Harcourt. It has over five branches and deals mainly on retail trade and general supplies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Personnel

Location: Woji, Alcon – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Personnel to manage stock records, monitor supply levels, and ensure accuracy in our store’s inventory system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records (incoming and outgoing goods).
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or surpluses.
  • Carry out regular stock-taking and reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of items.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
  • Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items promptly.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a clean, organized storeroom.

Requirements

  • OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in inventory/stock management is an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other stock management tools is a plus.
  • Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must.
  • Must reside within Elelenwo, Woji, Woji-Alcon Road, Trans-Amadi.
