Job Title: Customer Representative

Location: Challenge, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • As a Customer Representative, you are responsible for managing customer queries and complaints.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Minium of 1year experience as a customer representative or any related role.
  • Expert in handling social media and not camera shy.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
