They are currently expanding their team to ensure smoother and more effective operations, and are hiring for key roles. Job Title: Head Accountant

Location: Independence Layout, Enugu

Job Description

  • Oversees the Finance and Accounts department including junior accountants and cashiers
  • Prepares monthly/annual financial reports and management accounts
  • Ensures proper payroll, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management
  • Tracks revenue, expenses, and financial compliance
  • Collaborates with inventory team on regular stock audits.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Accounting
  • ICAN or ACCA certification is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar role in a structured business.
  • Experience in Hospitality business is desirable

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Kada sales, Sage)
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a finance team
  • Attention to detail and ethical financial practices.
