Responsibilities
- Sell and onboard merchants for POS terminals.
- Complete KYC and registration for new merchants.
- Train merchants on POS usage, transactions & settlement.
- Monitor merchant activity, ensure terminal activeness.
- Provide first-level support and escalate issues.
- Meet daily/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. (any discipline), NYSC completed.
- Not more than 32 years old.
- Sales-driven with strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of agency banking.
- Must reside in or be willing to work at assigned location.
- Fieldwork flexibility & good reporting ability.
