Wellcome Nigeria Food Co. Limited is a new fast rising snack, FMCG company, a subsidiary of CWay Nigeria, producing an outstanding snack consumable by both children and adults.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Locations: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Plateau, and Yobe
Employment Type: Full-time
Job description
- Developing sales strategies, including special promotions and campaigns
- Leading, motivating and managing the sales team to meet or exceed targets in your region
- Managing sales personnel issues, including hiring and training Sales Representatives in your region
- Conducting regular sales meetings and providing coaching and feedback to team members
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service they receive
- Establishing sales and revenue quotas and monitoring the performance of sales staff
- Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities in your region
- Nurturing relationships with distributorsand clients.
Qualification and requirements
- A first degree in relevant field
- Must have at least 5 years working experience in any FMCG company, preferably food and beverage.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive to manage pipelines, track customer interactions and support account growth
- Sales forecasting expertise using tools like Excel, CRM dashboards or BI software to project revenue and adjust targets accordingly.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
